Net55 - IT Standard Environment

As part of Net55's professional IT services, we have certain standards for the IT environment to ensure that the corporate IT environment is stable, efficient, secure, and continuously operational, meeting the IT needs required for the uninterrupted operation and continuous growth of the enterprise's business.

Net55's established standard IT environment includes:

  1. Standardized Structured Cabling Environment - There is a standard network cabling from the server room or rack to each office desk, printer, wireless access points (APs), and other points,

  2. Manageable Enterprise-Level Wired and Wireless Network Solutions - These solutions are stable, reliable, and efficient, and have technologies such as Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs), multiple wireless SSIDs, etc., to support the division of multiple network segments, thereby cooperating with firewalls to support security policies based on network segments.

  3. Enterprise-Level Network Firewalls with Security Subscriptions - Such firewalls have the latest security signature databases and are continuously updated to ensure that the internal corporate network is not invaded by illegal activities. Moreover, such firewalls can set network access security policies to eliminate potential network threats.

  4. Managed User Account Permissions and Endpoints (usually referring to user computers) - If user accounts have administrator privileges on the computer, they can install software and change system settings without authorization, which is a significant risk to the stability of the user's computer environment. Therefore, user account permission control is an essential part of ensuring the stability of user computers and, in turn, the IT environment.

  5. Enterprise-Level Endpoint (usually referring to user computers) Security - Enterprise-level endpoint security has a continuously updated virus and malware signature database and unified enterprise security policies, ensuring that the endpoint is not affected by viruses and malware while not affecting users' normal use of the endpoint for work. Enterprise-level endpoint security services also have an alarm mechanism, allowing managers to always understand the status of each endpoint.

  6. Enterprise-Level Backup Solutions - To ensure the continuity of business operations, key business systems, such as virtual servers, file servers, etc., need to be backed up regularly and ensured to be able to be restored promptly when needed.
